It is our desire at THE ROCK of Cleveland to impact our city and surrounding areas in a powerful way. We also join other ROCK churches in evangelizing the world for Jesus Christ. For that reason, our mission statement is “CHANGING THE WORLD, ONE LIFE AT A TIME.” At THE ROCK of Cleveland we have been amazed at the things God has done in such a short period of time. Many have found Jesus for the very first time, while others have found a renewed love and passion for Him like never before. Let me welcome you to THE ROCK of Dahlonega website. We are a Spirit-filled church located in the mountains of North Georgia, whose mission is to not only make a difference in Dahlonega, but in all of our surrounding communities.
THE ROCK of Dahlonega is a dynamic, fast growing community of believers that are in pursuit of a maturing relationship with our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. We enjoy powerful, contemporary praise and worship that opens up the heavens and invokes the power and Presence of the Spirit of God. We believe that the Word of God ought to be applicable to one?s life and we attempt to make that a reality through relevant preaching and teaching. God wants us to draw near to Him, and understanding Him through the Word makes this possible.
From our beginning in 1999, we have steadily grown in number, in favor, and in influence in our area. Hundreds of lives have been born again and transformed into faithful followers of Christ. Our desire is to reach all people-groups within our sphere of relationships and bring them to the loving embrace of our Father-God.
One of the main focuses of the ministry is to empower our people to know and fulfill the will of God for their life. We believe that there is a God-given vision in each one of us, and our style of ministry is that which encourages them to discover and develop their gifts in order to release the potential within them.
Currently, we have in place an exciting discipleship program for all ages. Children and nursery care are provided for each service. Qualified leadership and a second to none staff are both positioned so as make every area and phase of ministry a positive and pleasurable experience for all.
THE ROCK of Dahlonega is determined to present the Lord Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world; by reaching out and “Changing The World, One Life At A Time.”

I want to thank you for looking us up. We are living in historic times. God is fulfilling His Word and I know that you want to be apart of it. God has raised up a church here at The Rock of Habersham for such a time as this. Our passion is to see you equipped for every good work. Jesus came that we would have life, and experience it to the fullest measure. The way we do this is to become a disciple of Jesus. When you study the life of Jesus and God’s plan for man, you find that God has a wonderful purpose for every person. That purpose is for us to be connected with those of like precious faith and grow in our knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus said to know Him is to have eternal life!
